You can expect delays during launches, holidays, sales, restocks, and promotions. STOLEN & LOST PACKAGES POLICY

We are not responsible to replace lost or stolen packages once the post office has shown a delivery confirmation. Though these things do not happen often, if you are a victim of mail theft make sure to immediately file a theft claim with the send us a mail and provide them with the tracking confirmation we have provided.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We offer refunds or replacements for damaged or missing items (at our fault) within 14 business days of delivery. items that were incorrect within 14 business days of delivery. We are not responsible for products damaged by the customer. We will email you with further instructions on how to return your product.

EXCHANGE POLICY
LuxxyLed will pay postage for replacements/exchanges on items that were incorrect on our behalf within 14 business days of delivery. If your tracking shows DELIVERED but you have not received your package, contact your local post office immediately and speak with your postmaster or the mail person who delivers your mail.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you input your shipping address incorrectly and your package is returned to the sender (us), we will refund your order (excluding the cost of shipping) once we receive the package.
